This apartment is one of three apartments (one apartment (501) divided into 3 one bedroom apartments) on the 5th floor (with elevator) fully furnished, roughly 10 min walking distance from Ramallah Altahta.

501-A have one bedroom, one bathroom (shower) and an open living area with a kitchenette and a balcony, 2 single beds (190X90)cm designed in a way to form one double bed (190X180)cm.

The kitchen is equipped with electric kettle, electric two head stove, air fryer, espresso maker (stove), French press and cooking and serving essentials.

40 inch TV with an internet tv box that provides almost all channels from the world plus on demand content.

Hot water is available 24/7, air conditioner unit, hair dryer 100MB fiber Internet.

The 501-A door is accessed by a digital lock (app is required to gain full access).

A 2in1 washing machine and tumble dryer is shared amongst the three apartments in the aisle, an iron is shared as well.

For now there are security cameras in the aisle because the main (501) door is always open, I might disable them if I added a lock to the main door then all tenants need to hold a key to the main door.

Welcoming package:

Welcoming package is some useful staff that will be in the apartment before arriving one time only no matter the length of the rent, you can pick and choose maybe even ask for something different:

- Freshly roast and ground coffee 5-6 servings (My own roast)
- Several kinds of tea bags
- Instant coffee like 3in1 nescafe and/or instant cappuccino
- 1 small bottle of mineral water per person
- 2 bottles soft beverages per person such as Pepsi & 7up
- Himalayan salt & pepper in a gravity grinders
- Sea salt & sugar
- Toilet papers and soft tissues
- Some cookies, chocolate and/or biscuits (hopefully someday it will be home made)
